The time is running faster than us. Siem Riep and the ancient Angkor swapped to be humid Ho Chi Min City aka Saigon. Maybe a little bit boring, but still cleaner place tryed to entertain us today with the war crime museum. The word ‘entertainment’ could be interpreted of course in many ways, but at least I didn’t find photos of kids burned by napalm that funny. Anyways, we keep on going. I will try to catch time somewhere, and write more next time.

The journey continues. Last two days we have spent in a town called Siem Riep. It’s not a beach resort as the place before, but one of the world’s best archeological parks - Angor - lies just here. Besides containing the largest religious building in the world (width is about one kilometer!), the abadoned jungle site swallows lots of nice ruins of other temples too. We are staying here in really nice guesthouse that is owned by 6 young Norwegians. Yesterday we went out to with the Swedish manager. The athmosphere here is just perfect!

Last two days we have been purely enjoying the sun in the city of Sihanouk Ville in the southeast Cambodia. These bright white and non-crowded beaches that this town is full of, are just too perfect to be described. However, we felt a little bit bored of this all “freedom” around us.

Yesterday we rent motorbikes for two days, only for ten dollars, just to explore furter this small town. Besides a nice tanning, now our backbag carries lots of nice memories from the real countryside of Cambodia, and not forgetting a small fisherman village we saw today, where it seemed that no white man has gone before.

The journey goes on, and Im lacking time to write on my blog. However, memories will last long (thanks to notebook from my sorellina) and a more detailed journey report will be posted after these next three weeks, as fast as I get my ass back to Tokyo and/or Helsinki.
