Hot and lazy Bangkok turned out to be also hot, but lazier Phnom Pehn, aka ghetto. I have hardly ever seen this kind of place, city centrum with unpaved streets, thousands of beggers and carbage everywhere. However, more shocking thing was today’s excursion to the Killing Fields with thousands of anonymous skulls and the former jail with all the torture equipment back from the seventies. Still somehow mankind just survives, and so do we. Day after tomorrow probably heading for the perfect tanning. Meanwhile, let’s enjoy red street dust!
